Inbox Insight warrant that it has all necessary consents (including from the contacts themselves) under relevant Data Protection Law to supply to Qlik (and/or its Group and/or partners) any personal contact details which are supplied to Qlik or its Group by Vendor or its Group under this Agreement in order for Qlik, its Group and/or Qlik’s partners to market Qlik’s products and services to these contacts by email and otherwise, which shall include the fact that contact details may be sent internationally. Vendor shall upon request and without unreasonable delay provide to Qlik copies of any relevant consent. This warranty shall survive the termination of the Agreement. A material breach of this warranty shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.
